I love these classes. I almost feel like I get a better workout in these short versions than I do in some of the long versions. This one has just the right amount of strength and stretch, and certainly core work. When I'm finished with a yoga workout, I want to feel like I've "done" something, not feel like the workout hasn't started yet. With Laura's classes, I always feel accomplished. Perfect level 2 class, just what I was hoping for.
On a different note, I'm DYING to know what those striped leggings are on the girl second from the front. .If anyone knows, please please inform me, lol. (Posted on 5/30/2015)
