I let inspiration guide me to this practice this evening and it was perfect! I was even wearing the same pants as Kiyomi! I love Kundalini and vinyasa and adore how the Breath of Fire is like a shortcut to kundalini energy. (Posted on 1/26/2015)

Loved this class. It's long enough to get the energy flowing, and short enough to fit into my morning practice. I have an intermediate pincha practice (just a block, no wall or strap) and I felt stronger in the shoulders when I held it! I was also very impressed at the creativity/interweaving of mudra and pranayama. I'd love to take your class in person! Thanks for the great AM practice! (Posted on 7/15/2014)
