This is the ideal class to do once every couple of months just to remind ourselves of the intricacies of alignment for the hips and sacrum amongst others. It's an absolute must for those who do not or did not practise Iyengar yoga. It's saved in my favourites for ease. (Posted on 3/28/2020)
