Jessica Willis started her yoga practice and teaching after many years of injury from playing competitive soccer growing up in New Mexico. Her teaching was birthed out of the power vinyasa practice she came to love in Seattle, including work with Baron Baptiste. More recently, a NYC based teacher, she merges the therapeutics of yoga into her previous training. She blends the two beautifully. Her classes are challenging, dynamic, and are designed so that people can adopt yoga as a lifestyle practice. Jessica encourages her students to keep an open mind. She uses powerful breath work to keep the spirit and lungs buoyant. She encourages students to adopt great form so that they know how to organize their outer body. She also reminds students that to be challenged is to have fun, and ultimately to know that your joy is your greatest radiance and when your healthy, it is easier to access your joy!
