Really enjoyed this Slow Flow Class. Pace and Attention to detail in both the inner commentary and commentary to alignment was excellant . The class definately achieved it´s aims for me of creating length in the body. By the end of the class I felt strengthend and lengthend inside and out . (Posted on 6/14/2013)
