Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Community, Liberation, & Ecopsychology. Really enjoyed this Slow Flow Class. Pace and Attention to detail in both the inner commentary and commentary to alignment was excellant . The class definately achieved it´s aims for me of creating length in the body. By the end of the class I felt strengthend and lengthend inside and out . (Posted on 6/15/2013)
