What's Included:
Move slowly, one breath at a time, as you become connected to the present. Let go of the past and refrain from always looking into the future, as you flow through a well-rounded, all levels slow (but strong!) Vinyasa practice with Hala Khouri. You will start reclining with some easy pranayama exercises. Build heat with core work and come into the present in a standing sequence before returning to the floor for more core work, backbends, seated poses and a long Savasana. Have two blocks, a bolster, strap and blanket available.

Hala Khouri
Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Community, Liberation, & Ecopsychology. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based psychotherapy that addresses trauma and its symptoms.
