Dale Turner started his yoga practice in 2007 after giving up smoking and deciding to pursue a healthier lifestyle. What he found was so much more than that. Dale says that his yoga practice not only helps him physically, but also relaxes him and helps him be a more patient, kinder person both on and off the mat. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training with Tymi Howard at Guruv Yoga in Lake Mary, and although not currently teaching any regularly scheduled yoga classes, he does enjoy leading a donation based Yoga Nidra class once a month.
