I am new to yoga but I find Ai's communication style to be clear and with enough detail that I can focus on the tips she gives. Not crazy fast which is nice so I feel like I am getting time in the movements and can keep up. so far she is my favorite instructor I have seen here. (Posted on 1/13/2015)

At first the flow felt much too fast, but after just about 2 minutes or so, it seemed more natural. I like a faster flow in general, and especially in a short practice, so I did really enjoy this. This was the perfect start to my busy day. I feel like I've targeted my whole body, I feel like I built some muscle but also got to really stretch my hips and back of the thigh (very tight areas for me)....and there was just enough of a quick cool down and time to breathe on the mat at the end, too. In the future, if I did this class again, I think I'd do literally just one minute of a warm up on my own - breathing, stretching my arms to the sky, just to get into it enough that I could slip easily into the practice, since she gets going pretty quickly.
