I enjoyed this practice thoroughly, though the sound cut out a couple of times at inopportune moments. I had to keep looking up during a fold to see if we needed to stay in the pose or not, and sometimes I looked up to discover the practice was in an entirely new pose. (Posted on 2/7/2015)

Great class! I love Ai's calm presence. This was a short flow, but afterwards I feel as though it had been longer because it was so effective and really loosened up my hips. I hope to see more of her videos soon. (Posted on 4/25/2014)
