This class is geared towards all levels and has a combination of focus. The primary focus is to improve posture and movement through asana and vinyasa practice. An additional focus features light hearted philosophical concepts that can be made relatable to the alignment and movement practice. Portions of class are likely to be calming and relaxing while other portions are more likely to have physically engaging elements that may make for a nice workout as well.
