This is an intense hip opening postures for a brief yin sequence, however Sage provided options for intensity. Great explanation of yin pose names. I would practice this post workout verses pre-workout. (Posted on 10/1/2020)

This class includes three holds held on each side targeting the hips, with Sage Rountree's warm, calm, accepting cues. As is typical with yin, you get the calm that comes from such a meditative practice as well as the release in the hips. (Posted on 6/1/2020)
