What's Included:
Tone your upper body and release unwanted tension in this 30-minute class designed to sculpt the shoulders, arms, and upper back. You'll have a chance to practice forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana), or a modification of your choice. Have a block and strap or dynaband available.
