Im so surprised by the negative reviews. I LOVED this class and thought Pete was great. It was not fast paced, but I like that, since It sometimes takes me a moment to get upright or move around. He made sure to bring attention to alignment, which I also love. My neck, hip and shoulders feel amazing! (Posted on 1/2/2014)

Ok class, but not my style - certainly not a "sweaty flow". There were some great postures that I haven't seen before, but I wanted more of a flow style class. Pete has great energy, though, and if you're looking for shoulder and hip openers, this might be for you! (Posted on 6/25/2013)
