The poses and sequence itself was great. I feel awesome. But, as others have said, all the extra taking meant that I finished the workout feeling rather annoyed. There wasn't a silence that lasted longer than 5 seconds the whole workout. (Posted on 12/27/2013)

I really enjoyed the poses and the ways in which Rolf helped to release tension in the body. However, all the extra talking made it really difficult for me to relax and truly let go. I was actually feeling pretty annoyed as the class went on because of all the chatter. (Posted on 8/20/2013)

Rolf is fantastic. He talks a lot during the class, but I found it so useful to hear what he was saying as I was in those poses...it helped me focus on what was important in the practice and melt into it. This class is designed to release tension and boy did it...not just physical, but emotional. This was 110% what I needed this morning - when the stress in my life right now resulted in my waking up with a headache. I may try to make this my regular yoga practice before bed. As a Teacher I found the "strap" work in this video absolutely incredible. Rolf's attention to detail and timing opened me up to a whole new experience with Supta Padaangusthasana (Posted on 7/28/2012)

Thank you so much for this wonderful class! I really loved the explanations and your sharing of your own journey. After many years of a high stress sales job, dealing with illness of my mother, her death, divorce, moving house, remarriage ( very good experience I hasten to add!) I am currently suffering from vertigo which seems to be aggravated when I am under pressure and am convinced this is a bit of burnout as a result of coping with so much in a relatively short period. It is nice to know we are not alone sometimes and my daily yoga is hopefully going to rebuild my physical and mental strength. (Posted on 7/9/2012)

I did not all his anecdotal stories...too much extraneous talking for a 'restorative", end of day class. Poses and content were good, however. (Posted on 6/30/2012)

Excellent for those of us (runners) who are not flexible, lots of good stretching of the lower body. Thanks! (Posted on 6/15/2012)

Just started this online in London - Rolf is just amazing teacher and communicator I feel as if he is in my living room. HIs instructions are super clear and his reflections on life really help me move my mind on from stress. I love it ! (Posted on 5/8/2012)
