We then move into a grounding flow continuing to create support in the lower back, which is followed by a series of shoulder openers. Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Community, Liberation, & Ecopsychology.
