Tight shoulders can lead to head aches, disturbed breathing and pain that moves into the upper back or down into the arm and hand. We'll approach the shoulders from many directions in the joint, moving the muscles in different ways to create space. We will also breathe into these regions to encourage any lurking emotional or mental stress to exit. The class includes Sun Salutations and versions of shoulder openers that also open up the side and front body. You will feel free, spacious and happy! Please have a strap, two blocks and a blanket available.

Effective class for opening the shoulders Review by Julie
This short class gave the space my aching shoulders needed. added a couple of yin stretches before the savasana as I had the time. I could still feel the effects of this class the next morning. Great on its own for dealing with tight shoulders or as an integration to another short class. (Posted on 8/25/2019)

Wow, what a fabulous class for the shoulders!!! Jeanne's attention to alignment is delivered in a such a compassionate, humorous way and manages to bring you inward all at the same time. A definite new favorite teacher on YogaVibes for me. Please post new videos, especially some longer flows with arm balances, possibly!! Thanks so much, Jeanne!! Namaste! (Posted on 9/25/2014)
