Great workout in only 20 minutes Review by Erica
The flow she uses is a somewhat unique, which keeps it interesting, and the workout builds up your heart rate nicely given that the class is only 20 minutes. Her voice is very chill, which is soothing but also could feel a bit monotonous if you are looking for something more high energy. The class strengthens a stretches a lot of areas.
