Waste of Time? Review by Alexis
I couldn't get into this class--after 25 minutes, it still felt like the class had barely started. Maybe I just like to start with the more aerobic part of a yoga class (after a normal amount of stretching and deep breaths that usually begin a class to warm up) and finish with floor work. If you're pressed for time, this class is NOT for you. In fact, even if you're not pressed for time (I really wasn't), it's probably not for you unless you're looking for the more cheesy aspects of yoga (i.e., let's breathe fast and slow, chi and all that). Keep in mind that I'm very much a "get to the point, I want a workout" type of yoga practitioner. But for 25 minutes of this class, all I could think about was writing a negative review and how irritated I was to be wasting my workout time. Obviously still a little cranky about it. And I normally like this teacher's classes enough that I found this one by searching by teacher. (Posted on 8/15/2017)

What an amazing class! I feel relaxed and connected after the build up to and practice of this inspiring flow. The breathing exercises really got rid of a lot of the blocks I did not even know I had in my breath. Thank you! (Posted on 7/30/2015)
