Great class. It is down as a level one class. You can always modify, having said that I have taken some level two classes and I can honestly say . I don't know what the difference is. Maybe 'Yoga vibes' defines this somewhere? (Posted on 7/7/2014)

Excellent Annie class! I really enjoyed the subtle element of "workshop" artfully blended with the flow. I felt ready for urdhva dhanurasana...and the 8 push ups that came along with it!! Two thumbs up and a big toe!! (Posted on 10/19/2013)

Holy Hard Class! Great alignment cues, I rarely needed to look up. Definitely level 3. But there is a nice warm down/floor poses at the end. (Posted on 6/13/2013)
