What's Included:
Take time to slow down and reset with this deeply grounding practice. Working literally from the ground up, you will open your hips in an innovatively sequenced practice that utilizes long holds and dynamic engagement in poses. Find ease and freedom through strongly working the foundation of poses. Two blocks and a strap may be helpful for some poses.
