No need to roll out your yoga mat when all you need is a wall and a strap. This is a short sequence designed to open the shoulders and hamstrings in preparation for a longer yoga practice or any type of athletic sport. Using the wall and floor as resistance, we will work slow, deep stretchs, isolating the muscles of the shoulder girdle and end with long forward bends to release the hamstrings and entire back body. Have a strap and wall available.

Liked it. Only part I was a little confused about was when we were on our back, one leg up in the strap and then where we were supposed to put our one hand on the thigh bone and then push that hand towards the wall (?) when the leg was bent. It was hard to tell which guy to correctly follow. Liked using the wall. (Posted on 9/7/2013)
