Lillian is an E-RYT 200hr, RYT 500hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, certified AcroYoga instructor, and holistic health coach. Lillian has been practicing Yoga since an early age. She has fond memories of sticking her legs up the wall in yoga classes and chanting mantras with her mom as a young child.
