Amazing! I took the beginning class because with the level available this seemed like a mini workshop on back bends. I am so glad I did this class! The fact that you are using Sanskrit names for all the poses is very useful. I have been trying to study them but it is actually pretty rare to hear them this continuously used. As well, I love the vibe of the studio! I bet it is super helpful to have a mirror to check yourself to make sure you are aligned. This is also my first try of Iyengar yoga and I love it! Thank you! The inconsistency of audio volume was bothersome and I disliked the camera angle. The camera was behind the teacher, showing the class, but the instructor mirrored the poses of the class. That leaves me as the viewer mirroring no one. This is my first Yoga Vibes video, and I'm underwhelmed. (Posted on 8/2/2013)
