Fantastic class - the instructor Shala has a talent for explaining the chakras clearly and in a way that everyone can relate to in terms of how they impact on our daily lives/behaviour. The class was insightful, helping me to identify areas to work on and how this can be achieved. I will come back to this class time and time again. Thank you!
