I feel amazing after this class! Stacey walks you through gently strengthening & stabilizing through the pelvic floor in order to find more freedom in a deep backbend. By the end of this class I was able get very deep into Natarajasana while clearing and creating space in my low back, and the energy is circulating so freely through my body! I definitely plan to add this one into my regular rotation.
