I took Kristina's class this morning. I really enjoyed it! I definitely needed all the reminders to breathe as I found myself sometimes holding my breath without even realizing it. It was hard and it felt so nice moving slowly. Kristina has such a calming, sweet spirit. My favorite part was the meditation at the end. I found that my mind was completely quiet-which is very rare for me as I live so much in my head trying to figure things out. Then I found myself with tears in my eyes-tears of gratitude for my connection to myself and to God. I felt peaceful and open to life. So, I will definitely be doing the class again. I am so glad it is available to me.
