I have had a "crunchy" shoulder for quite a while and have been working on it for several months. While it's been getting better, I just discovered this practice with Gigi. A short, calming practice that's very well suited for any tension, stress, etc. from the shoulders on up (that also recognizes the spine as the core/base of all of these areas). Nice!
