Jillian Longsworth, RYT 500, has been teaching within the Charlotte community for ten years where she owns NoDa Yoga, a studio in Charlotte founded with a mission to make yoga more accessible within the community. She received her Advanced Therapeutics of Yoga Certificate with the Center for Integrative Yoga Studies.
