Last but not least, we have shoulder and skull loops. These are fairly easy to recognize when out of alignment. Think: slumped shoulders and forward head carriage (or, text neck). Shoulder loop invites opening the heart from a place of support and security. From there, skull loop invites you to lift your chin and lengthen your neck. All of this adds up to a good bit of work in the arms and upper body, but the confidence and openness of heart you feel by the end will be well worth the effort, we promise!
