Really enjoyed this class. Lots of great heart opening without a ton of back bending, nice & expansive. Loved the breath work. The sequencing was creative & kept me from getting bored, which sometimes happens to me. Enjoyed it start to finish and added to my favorites. (Posted on 4/3/2019)

Ditto to the review by Erica. Cues were somewhat hard to follow, though less so than other class I’ve tried with this instructor. The sequencing was unusual and would be quite fun after doing the class a couple of times to gain familiarity. (Posted on 3/28/2019)
