good for some quick moves on a chair Review by Ann
She has given some good ideas for yoga moves to do while at a chair or desk. However, the sound in the video throws me off....there's no music in the background at first and then there's lively cardio music, as if there's another class going on in an adjacent room. (Posted on 3/4/2018)
