My heart rate was up throughout the entire first half to this workout. At the end, I was sweaty and felt completely worked out and relaxed. This was a really good class that I will do over and over. (Posted on 3/30/2017)

I normally love all of Goldie's classes but this felt more like a fusion/calisthenics class. I wasn't expecting to work that hard and I was cursing my computer 15 minutes in. This is listed as powe yoga but it really didn't seem like yoga to me until we made it down for floor stretches If you are wanting to sweat and get a cardio workout in..this is a great class. It just wasn't for me today. (Posted on 1/9/2015)
