I used to go to Sonya's classes at her yoga studio, but it has been difficult to make it since I had my baby. I am thankful that she posted these videos so that I can practice at home. I love her style and feel like this is a great 30min practice that I can squeeze into my day. I feel relaxed and like I got a nice mini workout afterward. (Posted on 12/19/2014)

A quick, basic practice of a gentle flow coupled with a few stretches and a reclining twist. The instructor was rather matter-of-fact in her style, but also gave extremely detailed cues with (almost) no flubs. I appreciated that she remained silent during shavasana--when an instructor talks constantly through it (unless it's a specific guided meditation) I find it harder to quiet my mind and release.
