In this challenging and fun level 2/3 class, you'll experience a variety of balancing postures sprinkled throughout the practice, including Garudasana, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, Bird of Paradise, Virabhadrasana III and Vasisthasana variations. Modifications will be offered for each of the balancing postures, making the class accessible to a wide range of practitioners. In addition to finding your balance, we'll also open the hamstrings, hips, and heart. If you have tighter hips and hamstrings, you may want to grab a strap and block before getting started.

This is a good class and Laura is one of my favorite instructors. If you require much alignment cues this one isn't for you. I loved the sequence and found it challenging enough - but jus thought that at times her cues weren't that great and I found myself needing to see the screen to figure out what to do. Otherwise - very nice class - I'll do it again. (Posted on 4/6/2015)
