If you are able to do basic hip openers without warming up first, you will love these juicy sequences and fun variations on the poses. This class can vary in length to suit your needs on different days. The first 30 minutes contain hip opening lunges and variations, followed by 15 minutes of seated postures, and finish with 15 minutes of supine postures. You will need a block.
