Nice short practice Review by Marieke
Quality
I like this practice and the clear, alignment-based instructions. I did feel like I wanted a bit more variety in the vinyasa, moving more between lunges to standing to complete the sequence. I also found the breath instructions to be the opposite of what I am accustomed to for sweeping the leg to the sky and drawing leg knee to nose. Love the reminder that even a short, regular practice has great benefit. (Posted on 2/5/2020)

All of Abby's classes are good. I like the short morning one to ease into my stiffness and embrace it. (Posted on 10/19/2016)

Overall, I liked the poses; however, my muscles weren't warmed up to begin with doing lunges. They were too soon. I would have prefered this sequence to be after other poses, when my muscles had warmed up. Thank you (Posted on 11/26/2015)
