Jeanne Heileman

Jeanne Heileman was first introduced to the practice in 1985. Since then, she's been a devoted student of many different yoga styles and yoga related healing modalities, including Tantra, ParaYoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda. Oh that voice! I hadn't taken a class with Jeanne in a long time, but in the first moments it all came back. That sense of humor, playfulness, wisdom, and caring that are Jeanne are all present here.
