I have all the Core Fusion DVDs. I joined Yogavibes specifically for Exhale Spa. It is worth every penny. The online classes are amazing. Although this is a Barre Class, you could make your own modifications by using a chair as the bar. You also need a playground ball for some of the exercises and a strap at the end just for stretching. There is about a 10 minute segment where she utilizes pulling on the bar to assist in stabilizing the core for Ab work. However, in being familiar with their DVDs and knowing about the modifications that can be made for this particular exercise, I didn't need a bar. You can brace yourself by holding your hands firmly on the floor besides your legs. Overall great work out. (Posted on 5/7/2015)

Er - we'll be needing socks? How big is a 'playground ball' and how many people have a fully functioning barre in their homes? I realise this is in this 'brand' of yoga but it would be good to let the uninitiated know upfront about the kit needed for this. This was an excellent conditioning class but hardly the meditative class I was wanting. I would love to do one of Elisabeth's classes but there is too much movement and not enough demoing for a home yogi. (Posted on 6/11/2014)

A great core strengthening class. Just a heads up.....you will need a playground ball, I used a block, and also need a balancing barre as well as a strap. I tried to use a banister, but didn't quite work for all of it. Even so, I still found the class challenging and will definitely be coming back.. (Posted on 2/7/2014)
