Wow... be ready to go with all three of your warrior poses for this one. That means: be warmed up! You should know your warriors pretty intimately from the get-go. Gigi gets you right into the thick of a repetive, yet interesting, warrior sequencing. Hang on, it's going to be an interesting ride! All kinds of things may bubble up during this practice.
