I've done 30 minute yoga workouts that left me sweaty, tired, and totally worked out. This wasn't one of them. I need to do another workout after this. I wouldn't make this my primary workout, but I may consider doing this again if I needed a quick office workout (you don't sweat at all); however, I think there are better videos out there for 30 minutes.
