I have really appreciated Gigi's classes to date. But this one was particularly awesome. Just what the doctor ordered, since I'd been driving until late last night and working on my computer all day. There's a lot of love and light in this short class... no wonder: it is a heart opener after all! (Posted on 9/23/2013)

Gigi has a warm presence that translates well on the screen, making the session feel a bit less 'online'. Wonderful class! (Posted on 2/18/2013)

Great class for the morning practicers. My only negative is that the background noise in this video might be a bit distracting for some people. Living in a big city these noises are second nature to me, but for those of you who aren't used to the constant noise of sirens, I would reccommend you see another video. (Posted on 11/5/2012)
