Michelle Johnson has been practicing yoga since 2000. In May of 2009 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at Franklin Street Yoga Center with Lori Burgwyn. She is currently in a 500 hour yoga training with Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She loves the connection of the mind, body and spirit and brings that into all of her classes. I never review anything, but I feel I have to take some time to review this. Michelle is great! I've taken her class in person in Carrboro, but I will be spending my summer away, so I'm thankful for these videos. I think its remarkable that her enthusiasm and spirit are able to translate so well onto video. I feel refreshed and focused after every class. (Posted on 5/11/2014)
