I have worked out at home for a long time with the Core Fusion DVDs but have never been to a class. I enjoyed this workout and found it similar to some of the DVDS. It was slightly difficult to do a proper set up for some of the flat back/round back work without a ballet barre at home - but this was only a minor difficulty and the class was still enjoyable and a good challenge.
