What's Included:
Take 12 minutes out of your day to sit quietly and breathe. Take these ten yoga poses anywhere you go to counteract chronic stress or repetitive movements (like texting, typing or moving a mouse) and improve your posture. This class includes side body opening, spinal twists, stretching the shoulders, neck, and back. You'll also release tension in the wrists, hands and forearms. Rest in child's pose for as long as you like to close your practice, and notice that you are breathing more deeply and feeling more relaxed as you continue your day.
