Sean Gray's practice is focused on the expansion of all aspects of the self. By allowing our breath to bring awareness into our bodies and into our practices within the movement, within the breath, within the stillness we allow our practice to reflect the personal challenges we may have along our path of development and healing. It may be an uncomfortable ride from time to time, but there is no growth in comfort, and Sean doesn't step onto his mat to be comfortable.

Great, but needed more action Review by Kimberly
You can pack a lot of moves into a 40 minute class to make it a complete workout. Unfortunately, this class is not one of them. This class started out that way, but the last 15 minutes are basically cool down moves, so I felt like I needed to do another workout afterwards. If this is your secondary workout for the day, then it's a perfect pick-me-up, but I wouldn't make it your sole workout. I really enjoyed the teacher and will do more of his classes, I just felt he could have packed 10 more minutes of activity within the same timespan (and replaced it with the cool down moves we did) and it would have been a great class. went to a few of seans classes while i was staying in so-cal. he not only got me excited about yoga again but really helped me understand and implement it as a "life style". not only is he patient, kind and not intimidating; you will learn to laugh, breath, sweat and curse under your breath- all at the same time ;)! amazing yogi..i recommend him to all my friends that love yoga from beginners to advance; sean is unique in his teaching and just very gifted. may you enjoy his classes like i did.
