First Asana Class with Annie Review by Kiesha
I have followed Annie for several years, specifically her talks on yoga philosophy. This was my first physical practice with her. A well rounded intentional class focused on strengthening the shoulders, spine, and legs for wheel pose. I would have loved to have has her philosophical wisdom weaved into the class. I will checkout more of Annie's videos. (Posted on 7/28/2020)
