Starts Slow, But Gets in a Workout Review by Erica
This starts a bit slow, but builds to a very good workout, particularly for me -- as I have a knee injury that has prevented me from jogging, cycling or even taking power walks for 3 months. This was a great way to get my heart racing and even my leg muscles shaking a bit in the absence of the more intense workouts I'd otherwise do. (Posted on 6/18/2020)
Nice class Review by Jessica
I've been doing Bootcamp on another site and hurt my knees. This isn't that intense but still good. Would like it to be longer and more core (Posted on 6/19/2018)
Good arm workout Review by Kimberly
In my opinion, this workout was just okay. It did not get my heart rate as high as I had hoped and the practice was a little disjointed in the beginning. I became a little impatient waiting for him to get to the workout. I also do not feel like this was a good enough workout for my legs. There were a few warrior one and warrior two poses, but overall, this workout focused largely on the arms. I prefer challenging classes that get my heart rate up and work all of my muscles. This did not accomplish that for me. (Posted on 1/22/2017)

More strength training for yoga than vinyasa flow, good information in this class. (Posted on 3/9/2016)

I'd like to rate this lower because of how much my muscles were shaking, but that was what I was working for. Hopefully with a lot of repetition it will help me get stronger as desired! Definitely stronger work on the arms than the core. (Posted on 6/13/2015)

Great 40 min strength focused class. One that you would save and repeat often to maintain to strengthen and tone. Would like a full 60 min class or longer from justin. (Posted on 4/14/2014)
