Overall, a good class Review by Brooke
Overall, this is a very good class and I got a full body workout in under an hour. I also really like the message of the class. I'm giving it 4 stars however due to the fact that some of the transitions are not very fluid and that for part of the class the instructor has you turn and face the back of the mat for a sequence. I find this difficult on the viewer for video classes, especially when it is the first side of a sequence.

This class had everything I was looking for--core work, heart openers--and then some. I loved Dana's emphasis throughout the class on abundance, serving, and being enough! Really brought a new lightness to the rest of my day, and all of this goodness was packed into under an hour. Will definitely return to this video again! (Posted on 6/4/2015)
