Goldie Oren is a popular yoga teacher in New York City. She has combined her background as a former professional ballerina with yoga to form her characteristic high energy Vinyasa flow classes. She teaches at numerous locations in the City, including exhale spa, Reebok Sports Club NY, Sports Club LA, SLT Yoga, and David Barton Gym. not a bad workout - reminds me of what power yoga means. But a lot more plank - 3 legged dog - nose to knee nose-to-arm then I had thought and I would have preferred a bit more leg related work. The leg sections were a bit short and while it is a fast paced workout I felt like my legs muscles still weren't warmed up enough when doing the legs. Also - an irritating buzz the entire way through. So - not bad but I can find other better quality programs, so probably won't repeat. But I would try the teacher again (Posted on 11/12/2019)
Great quick workout Review by Kimberly
The actual workout portion of this video totals about 30 minutes. The last ten minutes are low-key stretches. The class consists mostly of good core and arm work along with a short leg segment at the end (though there are some warrior I and II poses throughout). This class made me sweat and got my heart rate up, which is what I wanted. If this class had a little more leg work I would have given it five starts, but otherwise, I'll be doing this class again. I have to agree with Natalia B. This was a very repetitive class, with lots of the same core work. I would have preferred more variety. It's a good workout, but I don't think I'll be doing this again. (Posted on 7/2/2015)
