Join Alexandra DeSiato for a postnatal yoga class designed to help you re-engage your core after having a baby. Alexandra leads you through simple, effective exercises that you can practice as part of a longer yoga practice, in addition to standing exercises that can be practiced throughout the day. This sequence is safe to practice if you have Diastasis Recti, so long as you've been cleared to move by your doctor, caregiver, or PT. Please have a blanket (if you have sensitive knees) and a chair (or anything of similar height to help stabilize) available.
